Caller ID or CLI Capture

Captures the telephone number of each caller and either tells you that they called or attaches it to the voice message they've left you.

• Be able to reach your prospects - a captured number is usually where your caller can be found.
• Capture and call your nervous prospects that have hung up without leaving you a message.  To get them into conversation you can use the following script: "Sorry to bother you, I noticed you were just calling our system about a house, and I just wanted to let you know I appreciate your calling our system and see if there is anything else I can do to help you.  I could even give you a bit more detail about the house, would that be helpful?"
